How youngsters can benefit from Yoga Exercises


Our children today are exposed to many stressors. There they actually do homework every day, competition from other children at the beginning, after the gaming activities of the school and sometimes over-scheduling. And like us, these young adults need something relaxing to be with and could be yoga.
